How CO-KES works?

CO-KES can be considered as an on-spot knowledge hub. It connects Advisors with Advisees on digital transformation topics. An Advisee has an access to the pool of pre-vetter Advisors and their history of post-session reviews, to select from based on their requirements and preferences.

Is CO-KES free to join as an Advisor and Advisee?

CO-KES is free to join as an Advisor and Advisee. For more details regarding the premium access, please refer to the T&C.

How we ensure the quality of service?

Upon creation of the account and category selection, advisors are to be vetted in order to ensure the quality of the services provided via CO-KES to Advisees. Post-session reviews are monitored, and any complaints regarding the quality of the session will be revised by the CO-KES team.

How Advisor gets paid?

As part of the platform profile setup, the advisor needs to specify the cost rate. For all the confirmed video calls, and sessions, the advisee will be invoiced by CO-KES. The Advisor will receive the invoiced amount deducted by 20%, as the platform service fee. The Advisor needs to ensure that bank account details in the profile are correct and entered in full.

How Advisee gets charged?

Upon signing up, an Advisee will have access to hire a personal advisor, listed under the selected category. Advisor’s rate shall be visible, hence Advisee will be invoiced by CO-KES once the video call has been confirmed by the Advisor.

Payment cycle?

The payment to the Advisor is processed biweekly unless specified differently. For more details regarding the payment terms please refer to the T&Cs.
